About the Artist:
Temo Tailuri was born in 1956 in Tbilisi, Georgia. He studied architecture at the Tbilisi State Academy, where he began his career as an architect. In addition to his work in architecture, Tailuri was also passionate about art, and he created a large number of artworks and participated in group exhibitions during his early years.
In the early 2000s, Tailuri moved to New York, USA, where he began to experiment with abstract shapes and vibrant color palettes. His works are reminiscent of the abstract expressionist movement, particularly the works of Jackson Pollock, but the unique combination of colors and shapes in Tailuri’s work give it a distinct character.
Since the late 2000s, Tailuri’s works have been exclusively represented by Art Gallery Line.
