About Gia Revazisvhili
Gia Revazishvili is a well-known artist hailing from Georgia, with a long and illustrious career spanning over 35 years. Born with a natural talent for art, Revazishvili honed his skills at the Tbilisi State Academy of Fine Art, where he majored in industrial design and graduated with flying colors at the young age of 22.
Despite excelling in industrial design, Revazishvili’s true passion lay in painting, a love he had nurtured since his teenage years. Encouraged by notable Georgian artists such as Levan Tsutskiridze and Zurab Tsereteli, he pursued his passion for painting and quickly gained recognition for his exceptional talent.
After completing his studies, Revazishvili began his career as a TV Designer at the State Television of Georgia, but continued to paint and create art in his free time. Over the years, he created a diverse body of work, ranging from murals to small sculptures, and illustrations for various books.
